This Little Prayer of Mine: a review

I am so excited to be sharing this book with all of you! This Little Prayer of Mine is just the best children’s book about prayer I think I have seen in a long time!  Keep reading for a surprise at the end.

Anthony DeStefano is the author of The Prayers God Always Says Yes To and A Travel Guide to Heaven. He has received prestigious awards from religious organizations worldwide for his efforts to advance Christian beliefs in modern culture.

Mark Elliott’sbrilliant illustrations have appeared in popular picture books and novels for young readers, including Gail Carson Levine’s Princess Tales series. His acclaimed artwork delivers inspiration, wonder, and timeless beauty on every page.

This Little Prayer of Mine is beautifully illustrated. It is a great tool in teaching young children how to talk with God.  There is not a more important thing that a child can learn than to pray.  This book will help you and your child develop a relationship with our heavenly father. I recommend it as a staple in your child’s nighttime reading collection.
