Not Me Monday

Are you feeling guilty for not washing your child's swimsuit after they wear it? Feel greasy because you don't wash your hair every day? Overcome with embarrassment because your child was rude while out to dinner? We'll don't be! Not Me! Monday was born out of MckMama’s desire to admit some of  her imperfections and reveal a few moments she’d rather forget. You may find it therapeutic to join in and do the same thing! And today, She’ll even reward you with the chance to win a sweet prize...just for participating!

This is the first day that I am participating in Not Me Monday, you should too. Hop on over to My Charming Kids and join the fun.

This week I did NOT allow my child to get completely soaked at Six Flags in Thomas Land, nope not me!

And I certainly did not laugh and take a photo when the fountain spouted and got him right in the face.

DSC_0174 I certainly did not forget a towel in our bag or an extra change of clothes. . .no not me!

I most certainly did not encourage him to jump up and down and scream really loud so that the Trainer in the elephant show would pick him to feed Tava. I never encourage my children to be the center of attention, nope not me.

I also did not allow Mr. C to chew on the side of the hot tub while watching Mr. A swim in the pool. No not me!

DSC_0309I did not allow my children to go to breakfast in a nice restaurant while still wearing their pajamas, no not me!

I did not allow Mr. C to stand up in the bathtub just to catch this photo, no not me.

Well that’s all for today! I can’t wait until next week. I am sure that I will have all sorts of Not Me moments for Monday!

  1. That pic of your little guy feeding the banana to the elephant is just priceless.

  2. What a couple of cute kids! Love the one chewing on the side of the hot tub!

  3. Awww ya'll are so cute! I have lots of those "not me" moments :) It's fun to just let them be kids!

  4. P.s this is Sarah btw

Thank you for stopping by. Words of encouragement are always welcome. I will try to encourage you as well!
